Founder and Lead Sports Therapist
Emily is the brains and brawn behind BOTIC. Never passing an opportunity to take part in a new sport or activity. When she's not delivering world class sports therapy, you can find her doing triathlons, CrossFit competitions and generally putting the rest of us to shame with her fitness dedication and enthusiasm for fun activity.

Adventurer, cycling enthusiast and champion cake baker, Harry is delighted to be working with the BOTIC team on business development, operations and marketing. Pictured here on a recent trip white water rafting down the Ganges in India, you are now more likely to find him skiing, surfing or cycling around Canada.

Marketing and Social Media
Due to her daily habit of stalking fitness stars on Instagram, Cath is loving helping out the BOTIC team with their social media and marketing. She pretends to love running and yoga but is actually much more at home on a set of skis, in the pool or on two wheels. She's also a qualified swimming coach!
