COVID Updates

Last Updated 19/7/2021

The Back On Track Injury Clinic continues to resume normal service with appointments available from the 19th July as per the latest Government guidance. Lead therapist Emily has received both doses of the vaccine and although social distancing and mask wearing is no longer obligated by law, we have decided to move forward with caution and the following measures will be in place.

  • The wall mounted thermometer will remain up so you can check your temperature on arrival but this is no longer obligatory – if your reading is 38 degrees or higher please do not enter the clinic and follow the government guidelines procedure for covid testing.

  • If you have displayed ANY symptoms of being unwell, please cancel your appointment and do not attend. If any of the symptoms relate to COVID 19 please follow government advice to stay home and get a test.

  • Please continue to use the contactless hand sanitiser mounted outside BEFORE entering the waiting room.

  • The toilet inside the clinic will remain out of use for customers. Please use the toilets in the reception area of Lydon House if needed

  • All therapists will continue to wear masks for the duration of your treatment. Mask wearing will be optional for patients except when treatment requires us to be in close proximity to the face in which case we can provide a mask.

  • We are continuing our regular practice of fully sanitising equipment and the bed between clients.

The option of Virtual Consultations will remain to allow people to begin their journey with us from the safety of their homes. From there, you can decide if you’d like to visit us in the Newmarket clinic.

Thank you very much to all our clients for sticking with us throughout this journey. We look forward to welcoming you at Back on Track Injury Clinic.
