Emily Sandle-Brownlie - MSc (final year), BSc (Hons), MSST.
Clinical Director | Sports Therapist
Emily is the Clinical Director and lead Sports Therapist at BOTIC. Now with 14 years experience as a sports Therapist she still never passes an opportunity to take part in a new sport or activity or continue her professional development. She is currently studying for a Masters in Strength and Conditioning and completing her dissertation on the training habits of Hybrid Athletes. She participates in regular strength training and loves to take part in a CrossFit competition or short/mid-distance triathlon all alongside raising her two young children.

Katie Hall - BSc (Hons), GOC
Osteopath | Registered member of General Orthopaedic Council
Katie’s passion for sport and exercise spans both her professional and personal life. She has been practising as an Osteopath for 20 years so is highly experienced in treating both adults and babies for musculoskeletal pain alongside other conditions such as colic and reflux. She juggles her Osteopathy career alongside raising a family of three children while also training and competing in rowing as part of an 8 boat.

Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist
Lauren joined the team in 2022 as a sports massage therapist specialising in marathon runners and endurance athletes. Not only does she play netball for Stretham, she also competes in British Dressage and qualified for the 2021 Petplan Equine Winter Area Festival and Championship.

Student Osteopath|Sports Massage Therapist
Aaron is currently in his second year of his Osteopathy degree and joined the team in 2024 as a sports massage therapist alongside his training. He is a dedicated Hybrid athlete himself and enjoys hiking and mountain biking alongside many other travelling adventures in his campervan.

Adventurer, cycling enthusiast and champion cake baker, Harry is delighted to be working with the BOTIC team on business development, operations and marketing. Pictured here on a recent trip white water rafting down the Ganges in India, you are now more likely to find him skiing, surfing or cycling around Canada.

Marketing and Social Media
Due to her daily habit of stalking fitness stars on Instagram, Cath is loving helping out the BOTIC team with their social media and marketing. She pretends to love running and yoga but is actually much more at home on a set of skis, in the pool or on two wheels. She's also a qualified swimming coach!
